- The tenure of additional charge of the post of Director (Finance Intelligence Unit-India) to Vivek Aggarwal (IAS:1994:MP) was extended for a period of three months ending 26.06.2023 (w.e.f. 27.03.2023). Currently, he is working as Additional Secretary, Department of Revenue.
- Gaurav Masaldan (IRS C&IT:1998) was appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Justice for a combined tenure of seven years ending 18.11.2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He replaces G R Raghavender (CSS).
- Ms Swati Sharma (IAS:2003:UT) was appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Rural Development for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. She replaces Naveen Kumar Shah (IFS:2000:JK).
- Sidramappa Madhava Rao Chalkapure (IFS:2007:NL) was appointed as Director in the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying for a tenure of two years.
- Ms Manisha Saxena (IRS C&IT:2000) was appointed as Senior Deputy Director General (Administration), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) under the Department of Health Research, for a combined tenure of seven years ending 13.12.2027. She replaces R Ramakrishnan (IAS:1998:NL).
- Srinivas E (IRSSE:1995) was appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He replaces Ms. Shruti Singh (IAS:2004:PB).
- Ms. Monali P Dhakate (IP&TA&FS:1994) was appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. She replaces Ms. Indira Murthy (CSS).
