New Delhi (25.11.2024): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:
  1. Tenure of D Thara (IAS: 1995: GJ), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has been extended beyond 05.12.2024 for a period up to 28.07.2026. 
  2. Vipul Goel (IRSSE: 1993), joint secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, has been entrusted with ex-post facto additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (JS Level) for the period from 13.07.2024 to 18.08.2024.
  3. Tenure of Rajesh Sharma (IDAS: 1992), Joint Secretary & Addl FA, Ministry of Defence has been extended beyond 07.11.2024 i.e. up to 31.03.2025.
  4. Tenure of Ashok Kumar (IPS: 2006: HP), Director in the Department of Justice, has been extended for a period of six months beyond 26.11.2024 and up to 26.05.2025. He counts his central deputation w.e.f. 27.11.2019.
  5. R Menaka (IAS: 2011: AGMUT), Deputy Secretary in the Department of Commerce, has been shifted on lateral basis to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat for a tenure up to 27.06.2028 i.e. balance period of her 4-year tenure.
  6. Annies Kanmani Joy (IAS: 2012: KN), Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, has been shifted to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training on a lateral basis for the balance period of 4 years.
  7. Benjamin Karunakaran (IA&AS: 2012), Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Power (CSS post) has been appointed to the post of Reactor Fuel Cycle Facility (FRFCF), CSS post), on lateral shift basis, for the period up to 01.11.2027 i.e. a total tenure of six years outside the cadre at a stretch.
  8. Dinesh Bhatia (IFS:1992), presently Ambassador of India to the Republic of Argentina, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Federative Republic of Brazil. 

  9. G Balasubramanian (IFS:1998), presently High Commissioner of India to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Maldives.

  10. Divya Alathur Bharathan (IP&TA&FS: 2008), Director in the Department of Expenditure, has been appointed to the post of Director in the Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare for a period up to 11.02.2025.

  11. Devidatta Satapathy (IRSME: 2009) has been appointed as CVO, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Port Authority (SPMPA), Kolkata under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for a period up to 26.10.2028 i.e. maximum deputation tenure of 7 years.
