
New Delhi (22.12.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs held by Guriqbal Singh (IPS: 2012: AGMUT), has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry for a period up to 24.02.2030. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 24.02.2025.
- Post of DCO/DCR, Haryana (Deputy Secretary level), under office of RGI currently held by Lalit Jain (IAS: 2011: HP) has been re-designated as DCO/DCR Haryana (Director level) for a period up to 06.12.2026. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 07.12.2023.
- Post of DCO/DCR, Uttarakhand (Deputy Secretary level), under office of RGI held by Iva Ashish Srivastava (IAS: 2010: UD), has been re-designated as DCO/DCR, Uttarakhand (Director level) for a period up to 02.04.2026. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 03.04.2023.
- Central deputation tenure of Th Chitra Devi (IAS: 2009: MN), Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Manipur has been extended for a period up to 05.09.2028. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 05.09.2022.
- Sadanand Vasant Date (IPS: 1990: MH), DG, NIA, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre.
- N Saravana Kumar (IAS: 2000: BH), Vice Chairman, Delhi Development Authority, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Member Secretary, National Capital Region Planning Board, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs till appointment of a regular incumbent.
- Central deputation tenure of Gitanjali Gupta (IAS: 1996: AGMUT), Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog, has been extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 03.02.2028.
- Sajeesh Kumar N (IRTS: 2002), Coal Controller, Coal Controller Organisation under the Ministry of Coal, has been entrusted with additional charge for the post of Commissioner (JS level), Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation (CMPFO).
- Surabhi
Rai (IFoS: 2005: UT) has been empanelled for holding the post of Joint
Secretary or equivalent at the Centre.
