• Madnesh Kumar Mishra (IRS IT:1990) was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre. Currently, he is Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture.  
• Two Part-Time Members were appointed in the National Monuments Authority (NMA) for a period of three years; Hemraj Ramniklal Kamdar, Proprietor, M/s Earth Consortium (Ahmedabad) & Prof (Dr) M Kailasa Rao, Professor & Dean, School of Planning & Architecture (Vijaywada)
