New Delhi (16.11.2024): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Saturday are as follows

1. Chandra Bhushan Kumar (IAS: 1995: AGMUT), Additional Secretary & Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, has been repatriated to his parent cadre on the request of Ministry of Home Affairs.
2. Khilli Ram Meena (IAS: 1993), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs, has been repatriated to his parent cadre on the request of Ministry of Home Affairs.
3. Tenure of Kapil Patidar (IES: 2011), Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs has been extended for a period of one year beyond 27.12.2024 and up to 27.12.2025.
4. Santanu Kumar Agrahari (IAS: 2012: JH) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Jal Shakti & Railways V Somanna) in the Ministry of Jal Shakti at the level of Deputy Secretary with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and for the period up to 28.11.2026.
5. Bhupendra Singh Paraste (SAS RR: 2014) has been appointed as Officers on Special Duty to the Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare & Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan for a period of four years.
6. Extension in upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in Department of Health & Family Welfare, presently held by Roli Singh (IAS: 1994: RJ) for a term up to 26.12.2025.
7. Extension in upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, presently held by Varsha Joshi (IAS: 1995: AGMUT) for a term up to 26.07.2025.
8. Extension in upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in Ministry of Tourism, presently held by Suman Billa (IAS: 1996: KL) for a term up to 05.12.2025.

15. Anurag Srivastava (IFS:1999), presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to Republic of Mauritius.
