- P Bala Kiran (IAS: 2008: KL), Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, has been entrusted with additional charge of Secretary-cum-Controller of Examination (JS Level), National Recruitment Agency (NRA) for a period of one year beyond 21.01.2026.
- Entrustment of additional charge to P Hemalatha (IAS: 2000: KN), Development Commissioner, Cochin SEZ, of the post of Secretary (JS Level), Spices Board has been extended for a period of six months w.e.f. 24.01.2026 to 23.07.2026.
- Krishna V R (IRAS: 2009) Director, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, has been appointed as Director, 8th CPC under Department of Expenditure on lateral shift basis extendable up to 17.09.2029.
