New Delhi (11.12.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Thursday are as follows:-
  1. Prasad Arvind Chaphekar (IRS IT: 2012), Deputy Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry for a period up to 25.12.2027. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 26.12.2022.
  2. Vaibhav Rundwal (IES: 2012), Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry for a period up to 16.12.2029. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 17.12.2024.
  3. Puneet Meena (IRAS: 2011), Deputy Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission, has been re-designated as Director in the same department for a period up to 06.03.2029. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 07.03.2024.
  4. Mayank Tyagi (IDAS: 2012), Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways, has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry for a period up to 17.06.2029. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 18.06.2024.
  5. Manender (IDAS: 2011), Deputy Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission, has been re-designated as Director in the same department for a period up to 05.03.2029. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 06.03.2024.
  6. Sushant Sudan (IES: 2012), Deputy Secretary, Department of Commerce (GeM), has been appointed as Director in the same department for a period up to 06.01.2027. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 07.01.2022.
  7. Chanchal Kumar (IAS: 1992: BH), Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Telecommunications from 12.12.2025 to 21.12.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Neeraj Mittal (IAS: 1992: TN).
  8. Deputation tenure of Swadha Dev Singh (IAS: 2014: OD), DCO/DCR (Deputy Secretary level), Office of RGI (Hqrs.), New Delhi, has been extended for a period up to 31.03.2030. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 17.10.2025.
  9. Deputation tenure of Deep Shikha Sharma (IFoS: 2011: AGMUT), DCO/DCR, Himachal Pradesh, Office of RGI, has been extended for a period up to 22.06.2028. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 23.06.2025. 
  10. Deputation tenure of Lalit Jain (IAS: 2011: HP), DCO/DCR, Haryana, Office of RGI, has been extended for a period up to 06.12.2026. Jain is on central deputation w.e.f. 07.12.2023. 
  11. Deputation tenure of Nikhil Pavan Kalyan (IAS: 2012: OD), DCO/DCR, Odisha, has been extended for a period up to 15.06.2028. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 16.06.2025. 
  12. Deputation tenure of Sujal Jayantibhai Mayatra (IAS: 2011: GJ), DCO/DCR, Gujarat, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, has been extended for a period up to 20.08.2028. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 21.08.2025.
  13. Deputation tenure of M Sundaresh Babu (IAS: 2012: KN), (Deputy Secretary level) DCO/DCR, Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, has been extended for a period up to 22.06.2028. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 23.06.2025.
  14. Deputation tenure of Iva Ashish Srivastava (IAS: 2010: UD), DCO/DCR, Uttarakhand, has been extended for a period up to 02.04.2026. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 03.04.2023.
  15. Deputation tenure of J Nivas (IAS: 2010: AP), DCO/DCR (Director level), Andhra Pradesh, has been extended for a period up to 19.06.2028. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 20.06.2025.
  16. Deputation tenure of Karma R Bonpo (IAS: 2010: SK), DCO/DCR, Sikkim, has been extended for a period up to 25.11.2027. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 26.11.2024. 
  17. Deputation tenure of Bharati Holikeri (IAS: 2010: TG), DCO/DCR, Telangana, has been extended for a period up to 05.09.2027. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 06.09.2024. 
  18. Deputation tenure of Purva Garg (IAS: 2015: AGMUT), DCO/DCR (Deputy Secretary level), Andaman & Nicobar Islands, has been extended on additional charge basis for a period up to 10.08.2028. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 11.08.2025. 
  19. Deputation tenure of Zasekuolie Chusi (IAS: 2011: NL), DCO/DCR, Nagaland, has been extended on additional charge basis for a period up to 18.12.2026. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 19.12.2023.
  20. Ratan Biswas (IAS: 2013: TR) has been appointed to the post of Director, Census Operations/Director of Citizen Registration (Deputy Secretary level), Tripura on additional charge basis for a period of three years. 
  21. Deputation tenure of Navjot Khosa (IAS: 2012: KL), DCO/DCR, Punjab & Chandigarh, has been extended for a period up to 31.03.2026. She is on central deputation w.e.f. 19.12.2022.
  22. Deputation tenure of Cheshta Yadav (IAS: 2014: AGMUT), DCO/DCR (Deputy Secretary level), Goa, has been extended on additional charge basis for a period up to 17.08.2028. 
  23. Deputation tenure of Amit Sharma (IAS: 2012: AGMUT), DCO/DCR, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, has been extended for a period up to 31.03.2030. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 24.11.2025. 
  24. Deputation tenure of Prabhat Kumar (IAS: 2011: JH), DCO/DCR, Jharkhand, has been extended for a period up to 31.03.2026. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 10.10.2022.
  25. Deputation tenure of Manashvi Kumar (IAS: 2004: PB), Joint Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 14.03.2026.

  26. Deputation tenure of Kartikeya Goel (IAS: 2010: CH), DCO/DCR, Chhattisgarh has been extended for a period up to 31.08.2028. He is on central deputation w.e.f. 01.09.2025.
