New Delhi (11.09.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Thursday are as follows:

1. Devidatta Satapathy (IRSME: 2009), CVO, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Port Authority (SPMPA), Kolkata, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of CVO, Paradip Port Authority (PPA), Paradip for a period of one year.

2. Tenure of Dinesh Kumar (IAS: 2004: NL), Joint Secretary, Department of Defence, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 06.12.2025.

3. Extension in Upgradation of the post of Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Rajasthan held by Bishnu Charan Mallick (IAS:2007: RJ), has been approved to the level of Joint Secretary up to 31.12.2025.

4. Extension in upgradation of the post of Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Maharashtra held by Nirupama J. Dange (IAS:2007: MH), has been approved to the level of Joint Secretary up to 31.12.2025.
5. Abhishek Singh (IFS:2003), presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry, has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
