- The post of Private Secretary to Suresh Gopi (MoS for Petroleum & Natural Gas) held by Narain S N (IRTS: 2011) has been re-designated from Deputy Secretary to Director level for a period up to 27.12.2026. He counts his central Deputation tenure w.e.f. 28.12.2020.
- The post of Private Secretary to Jyotiraditya M Scindia in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DONER) held by Abhinav Pratap Singh (IPOS: 2011) has been re-designated from Deputy Secretary to Director level for a period up to 07.12.2027. He counts his central Deputation tenure w.e.f. 06.06.2022.

- Tenure of Kavita Singh (IAS: 2004: PB), Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 15.03.2025.
- Dr Pramod Kumar Meherda (IAS: 1997: OD), Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has been ex-post facto entrusted with additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), National Rainfed Area Authority (NRAA), for a period of six months with effect from 15.01.2025.
