New Delhi (05.03.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Wednesday are as follows:

• Sadanand Vasant Date (IPS: 1990: MH), DG, NIA, has been granted Apex scale.
• Rajeev Kumar Sharma (IPS: 1990: RJ), DG, BPR&D, has been granted Apex scale.
• Ashwin Shenvi (IPS: 2006: HR), DIG, CBI has been appointed as Joint Director, CBI for a overall tenure of five years i.e. up to 06.09.2025.
• Sudha Singh (IPS: 2006: OD) DIG, CBI, has been appointed as Joint Director, CBI for an overall tenure of seven years i.e. up to 28.07.2026.
• Ashok Kumar (IRS C&IT: 2006), DIG, CBI, has been appointed as Joint Director, CBI for a tenure of seven years i.e. up to 29.01.2026.
• Bhuvnesh Kumar (IAS: 1995: UP), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, has been ex-post facto entrusted with additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Unique Identification Authority of India.
• Dr Anju Rathi Rana, ILS, Additional Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, has been appointed to the post of Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice for a period of two years.
• Tenure of Himanshu Kumar (ITS: 1998), Joint Secretary (Director level), Union Public Service Commission, has been extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 06.03.2027. He counts his central deputation tenure w.e.f. 07.03.2020.
• Tenure of Praveen Mal Khanooja (IA&AS: 1994), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has been extended for a period 07.11.2026.
