New Delhi (02.02.2022): Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on February 01, 2022 approved the proposal of the elevation of six judicial officers as Judges in the Delhi High Court including Anoop Kumar Mendiratta, the incumbent Union Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs.

• Sudhir Kumar Jain

It may be underlined that as many as two union secretaries retired on January 31, 2022 whereas Secretary, Youth Affairs Usha Sharma repatriated to the parent cadre. Subject to ACC clearance Mendiratta will vacate the post in the Department of Legal Affairs.
