by the rules, provisions and established norms AIIMS should have a regular CVO but for last five and a half years it is waiting for a regular CVO. Presently, CVO of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is holding the
additional charge of AIIMS. Under
unavoidable circumstances it could function under the additional charge but such
ad-hoc arrangement may not exceed three months period which already crossed in
November 2014. Any specific reason?
