Additional Secretary level reshuffle effected at Centre

- Manish Bhardwaj (lAS: 1997: GJ) was appointed as Adviser, Inter-State Council Secretariat (MHA). Currently, he is Secretary, National Disaster Management Authority (MHA).
- Saurabh Vijay (IAS: 1998: MH) was appointed as CEO, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) under the Ministry of Electronics & IT. Presently, he is serving in the cadre i.e. Govt of Maharashtra.
- Nilkanth S Avhad (IAS: 1999: PB) was appointed as Secretary, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA). Currently, he is in the cadre i.e. Govt of Punjab. He replaced Manish Bhardwaj.
- Priyank Bharti (IAS: 2001: PB) was appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. He will also hold the additional charge of the post of Director General, National Informatics Centre (NIC). Currently, he is in the cadre i.e. Govt of Punjab.
- Richa Misra (IDAS: 1996) was appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution. Currently, she is in the cadre.
