Based on the recommendation of Search Committee the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet, on Tuesday, cleared the appointment of seven Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of CPSEs under several ministries and departments. They are; Dr. Aruna Arcot and others (Social Justice & Empowerment); Anil Kumar Singh and others (Fertilizers); Rajesh Sharma, S Sathyanarayanan, Mrs Kalpana Shrivastava, Mrs Neera Tomar and Others (Dept of Heavy Industries); Shambhu Kumar and Others (Dept of Fertilizers)
