Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will release the books authored by Dr Rajat Bhargava (IAS:1991: AP) who is currently serving as Special Commissioner and Principal Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Title of the books is "A Treatise on Cleanliness" and "Waste Management: An Introduction."
Reportedly, the book will be released today in the presence of Union Urban Development Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra and Electronics and IT Secretary Ajay Prakash Sawhney at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Hall (Vice President Estate)) in New Delhi.
He has authored a number of books including "Infrastructure Financing: A road ahead"; Public Financial Management in Developing Countries: India and abroad"; "Institutional Management" and "A to Z Financial Management in Autonomous Institutions".
Dr Bhargava has a wide experience in various sectors of governance. He held the post of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Water Resources and headed the budget division in the Ministry of Finance.
