J&K Chief Secretary Vyas to get third extension of six months

Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that the Centre may soon assent a J&K Government's proposal to grant its outgoing Chief Secretary Bharat Bhushan Vyas (IAS:1986:JK) an extension for six months beginning 01 June 2018.
Vyas was scheduled to retire in November last year but he has since been given an extension twice, each of three months. His extended term is scheduled to be over on 31 May 2018. But in all likelihood, he may be retained for another six months.
