Lucknow (07.10.2022): The Uttar Pradesh government has reinstated T K Shibu (IAS: 2012: UP) and Sunil Kumar Verma (IAS: 2013: UP). However, they are still in the waiting list and wait for some more time for the new posting.The then Sonbhadra DM Sibu was suspended on March 31, 2022, on alleged corruption charges while Varma was suspended for corruption and misuse of his office. The departmental inquiry will continue against these officers.
