Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Alok Ranjan on Wednesday sustained minor injuries when he slipped at his residence here. "He (Ranjan) suffered minor injuries in the head and sprain in left hand after he fell at his residence this morning," District Magistrate Rajshekhar said. He is admitted into Ram Manohar Lohia hospital. His X-ray and CT scan were normal. "He is fine now and recovering. Doctors have advised him rest," the DM added.
