
Lucknow (17.09.2025): In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government entrusted 16 IAS officers with new assignments. The names and postings of these officers are as follows:
- Vijay Vishwas Pant (IAS: 2004) has been appointed as Divisional Commissioner, Lucknow.
- Soumya Agarwal (IAS: 2008) has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Prayagraj.
- Anamika Singh (IAS: 2004) has been made Divisional Commissioner, Bareilly.
- Kinjal Singh (IAS: 2008) has been appointed as Transport Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh.
- Manisha Trighatia (IAS: 2002) has been posted as Secretary, Women and Child Development and Nutrition Department.
- Chaitra V (IAS: 2007) has been posted as Director General, AYUSH.
- B Chandrakala (IAS: 2008) has been appointed as Secretary, Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department and CEO, UP Clean Air Management Project Authority.
- Kanchan Verma (IAS: 2005) has been appointed as Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue.
- Monica Rani (IAS: 2010) has been appointed as special secretary, basic education and additional director general, school education.
- Roshan Jacob (IAS: 2002) has been appointed as Secretary and Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Administration Department.
- Aparna U (IAS: 2001), Secretary, Medical Education, has also been given additional charge as Director General, Medical Education.
- Ranjan Kumar (IAS: 2000) will now have only AYUSH department as principal secretary. The charge of the good safety and drug administration department has been taken back from him.
- Suhas LY (IAS: 2007), Secretary, Sports and Youth Welfare Department, has been given additional charge as Director General, Youth Welfare and Prantiya Rakshak Dal.
- Sanjay Kumar Khatri (IAS: 2010), ACEO Noida, has been given additional charge as in-charge CEO of Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BIDA).
- Rajesh Kumar II (IAS: 2009), Commissioner, Food Safety and Drug Administration, has been appointed as Director General, Tourism.
- Brajesh Narayan Singh (IAS: 2004) has been appointed Secretary, General Administration Department.
