Sudhir Tripathy (IAS:1985:JH) is all set to take over from Rajbala Verma (IAS:1983:JH) as new Chief Secretary, Govt of Jharkhand. Rajbala Verma, retiring tomorrow, will be handing over the charge to Tripathy. Cuurently, Tripathy serves as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health.
In his new stint as Chief Secretary Tripathy will have only seven months long tenure as he will be retiring on September 30 this year. During his stint at Centre he served as DG, Central Election Commission; DG, NIIFT (Hyderabad) and Principal Secretary to Jharkhand Governor.
