Chennai (19.06.2023): The Tamil Nadu government has reshuffle around a dozen IAS officers with immediate effect. The following officers have been entrusted with new responsibilities.
Dr Beela Rajesh (IAS: 1997: TN) has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Energy Department.
Ramesh Chand Meena (IAS: 1991: TN) has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Special Initiatives Department.
Veer Pratap Singh (IAS: 2019: TN) has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner (Intelligence), Commercial Taxes, Chennai.
Dr J Vijaya Rani (IAS: 2013: TN) has been transferred and posted as Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
M Asia Mariam (IAS: 2009: TN) has been transferred and posted as Director of Minorities Welfare.
Chandra Sekhar Sakhamuri (IAS: 2011: TN) has been transferred and posted as Director of Sericulture, Salem.
Services of Dr S Vijayakumar (IAS: 1993: TN) are placed at the disposal of Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services Ltd for appointment as its Principal Secretary/Chairman and Managing Director. He will also function as Officer on Special Duty, Adyar-Cooum Comprehensive Rejuvenation Project.
