Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that three names have been recommended for the post of an Independent Director of Heavy Engineering Corporation (HEC). They are Ardhendu Shekhar Sarangi, Taran Kumar Roy and H N Ramakrishnan. They belong to Odisha, Bihar, and Karnataka respectively. Sarangi is MSc in Economics, Roy is MSc in Physics and Ramakrishna is ME in Electronics. The ACC is expected to pick the candidate of its choice by mid-January this year.
