Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that S K Gangwar may be appointed as Member (Tech) of Inland Waterways Authority of India. Gangwar is a 1994 batch officer of Central Water Engineering Service, currently serving as chief engineer (Director-rank) in Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. With the appointment of Member (Tech), IWAI will gain full strength. In addition to Chairman & a Vice Chairman, IWAI has three members of which one post (Member, Tech) has been vacant for several months.
