New Delhi (03.06.2025): Following the premature repatriation of ED’s Special Director Satyabrata Kumar to parent Cadre i.e. CBIC power corridors are abuzz that Sanjay Kumar Mishra era ends in the Directorate of Enforcement. During SK Mishra’s term Satyabrata Kumar was OSD to ED Chief and later became Additional Director with the additional charge of Special Director (in-charge) of the Western Region and, later he was appointed as Special Director In the backdrop of the latest development, a section of insiders believes that the incumbent ED Chief Rahul Naveen (IRS IT: 1993) has finally consolidated. Another section of insiders says that in NaMo-Shah regime there is never a question of top officials holding immense power rather its just an arrangement till further order. There is saying “nothing strengthens authority so much as silence” and SK Mishra has always been known for his absolute silence while in power or when he is away from the affairs.
