Tenure of seven senior officers extended and upgraded

- Tenure of Rajiv Jalota (IAS: 1988: MH) was extended and his post of Chairperson, Mumbai Port Trust was upgraded from the level of Joint Secretary to that of Secretary for a term up to 30.09.2024.
- Tenure of Manoj Sahay (IA&AS: 1994) was extended and his post of Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor was upgraded to the level of Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor in Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance for a term up to 09.08.2025.
- Tenure of Bhuvnesh Kumar (IAS: 1995: UP) was extended and his post of Joint Secretary was upgraded to the level of Additional Secretary in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for a term up to 09.08.2025.
- Tenure of Puneet Kansal (IAS: 1996: SK) was extended and his post of Joint Secretary was upgraded to the level of Additional Secretary in Cabinet Secretariat for a term up to 26.04.2025.
- Tenure of Nitishwar Kumar (IAS: 1996: UP) was extended and his post of Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor was upgraded to the level of Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor in Ministry of Women & Child Development for a term up to 30.09.2025.
- Tenure of Nitesh Kumar Vyas (IAS: 1996: MP) was extended and his post of Deputy Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India was upgraded from the level of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary for a term up to 09.08.2025.
- Tenure of Minhaj Alam (IAS:1996: KL) was extended and his post of Joint Secretary was upgraded to the level of Additional Secretary in Ministry of Food Processing Industries, for a term up to 31 .03.2025.
