Telangana relieves 4 IAS officers; two from AP report to Telangana Govt

New Delhi (17.10.2024): With high court rejecting petitions of four IAS officers of Telangana ordering them to report to the Andhra Pradesh government, the Telangana government relieved them and appointed new officers in their places. Telangana Chief Secretary A Shanthi Kumari (IAS: 1989: TG) issued orders to this effect. After the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) rejected their petitions challenging the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) orders, IAS officers Srijana Gummala (IAS: 2013: TG) and Siva Sankar (IAS: 2013: TG) were serving in Andhra Pradesh, reported to Telangana Chief Secretary.
