Chennai (09.03.2022): Abhishek Dixit (IPS: 2006: TN) has been reinstated after one and half year of suspension on corruption charges. He was posted as SSP Prayagraj when he was suspended on September 8, 2020 and has now been decided by the Union Home Ministry to send him back to his home cadre Tamil Nadu. Joint police commissioner (Law and Order) Neelabja Chaudhary was investigating the matter. There was an allegation of corruption in transfer and posting cases on Dixit.
