Indianmandarins has learnt that the Government's search for the replacement of Adviser to ED, World Bank vice D P S Sandhu IRS (IT:1997) has zeroed in on Suresh Yadav (IRS IT:1994). The prize posting has been lying vacant since April 2014 after Sandhu completed his three-year tenure. On posting if it comes through, Yadav will report to Subhash Garg (IAS:1983:RJ), the incumbent ED, WB. Currently, Yadav is serving as OSD to Dr Pranab Mukherjee, President of India. Prior to this, he served as OSD to Dr Mukherjee while he was Union Finance Minister.
