Chandigarh (02.12.2024): As many as 44 IAS officers have been reshuffled by the Haryana government including administrative secretaries of several departments. Sumita Misra (IAS: 1990: HY) has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice Departments. The name of some other officers are as follows:
- Anurag Rastogi (IAS: 1990: HY) has been appointed as the new Financial Commissioner, Revenue. He would continue to hold the charge of ACS, Finance, as well.
- Apoorva K Singh (IAS: 1991: HY) has been appointed as the new ACS, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, in addition to holding the charge of Energy.
- Ashok Khemka (IAS: 1991: HY) has been posted as ACS, Transport Department.
- ACS, Health, Sudhir Rajpal (IAS: 1990: HY), has additionally been given Medical Education and Research and Ayush Department.
- ACS Forests and Wildlife, Anand Mohan Sharan (IAS: 1990: HY), has been given Food and Civil Supplies department as well.
- Vineet Garg (IAS: 1991: HY) has been appointed as ACS, Higher Education Department.
- D Suresh (IAS: 1995: HY) has been posted as Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce.
- Shyamal Mishra (IAS: 1996: HY) has been appointed as the new CEO, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority and Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority as also the Principal Secretary, Civil Aviation Department.
- Rajiv Ranjan (IAS: 1999: HY) has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Labour, in addition to his present duties.
- Vijay Singh Dahiya (IAS: 2001: HY) has been posted as Commissioner and Secretary, printing and Stationery, and Animal Husbandry.
- Mohd. Shayin (IAS: 2002: HY) has been appointed as Commissioner and Secretary, Housing for All and Public Health.
- Amit Kumar Aggarwal (IAS: 2003: HY) has been appointed as Commissioner and Secretary, Development and Panchayat, Public Relations and Foreign Cooperation Department.
- Ashima Brar (IAS: 2004: HY), Secretary of SEWA Department, will look after Excise and Taxation besides brief MD of the Haryana Vidyut Parsharan Nigam.
- Sanjeev Verma (IAS: 2004: HY) has been appointed as Director General, Sports Department.
- Geeta Bharti (IAS: 2005: HY), Divisional Commissioner, Ambala Division, would be Secretary, Home- 1 and Home-2.
- Vinay Pratap Singh (IAS: 2011: HY) would be Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of India.
- Prashant Panwar (IAS: 2015: HY), Nuh DC have been shifted as SEWA Director.
