'Indianmandarins' has reliably learnt that 1982 batch IAS officer Sudhir Kumar is all set to repatriate to Bihar, his cadre state. The incumbent Member (PPP), NHAI was recently empanelled as Secretary (equivalent) in Govt of India but having anticipated his career prospects he has written to the Govt of India for repatriation. Reportedly he may shortly be relieved by the Centre.
