Sonia seeks DMK’s help to send Chidambaram to Rajya Sabha

New Delhi (02.04.2022): To blunt not only inter-Party attack but also intra-party onslaught, the Congress wants loyalists like P Chidambaram and Jairam Ramesh to continue in the Rajya Sabha. So to get this task accomplished, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi went across to meet Tamil Nadu CM and DMK president MK Stalin at the party's office in Parliament and the two have planned to meet for the opening of the new DMK office in Delhi as well. Sonia wants to ensure DMK support for a Rajya Sabha seat for P Chidambaram where the BJP's strength has gone past 100.
