New Delhi (13.09.2025): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet ratified the appointment of six officers to the post of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO).
  1. C. Neelakanta Reddy (IRSSE: 1997) has been appointed CVO of NMDC, Hyderabad, under the Ministry of Steel.
  2. Raj Kumar (ITS: 1997) is the new CVO for IRCON International Ltd., Delhi, under the Ministry of Railways.
  3. Jawahar Lal (IRSME: 1999) has been appointed CVO of MMTC, Delhi, under the Department of Commerce.
  4. Mukesh Kumar (ITS: 1995) has been appointed CVO of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL), Delhi, under the Ministry of Railways.
  5. Ravindra Pratap Singh (IAS: OD: 2007) is the new CVO of Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Ltd. (SPMCIL), Delhi, under the Department of Economic Affairs.
  6. Pankaj Porwal (ITS: 1994) has been appointed CVO of SJVNL, Shimla, under the Ministry of Power.
  7. Rajneesh Kumar Tomar (IRSME: 1998) has been appointed as the combined CVO for Military Engineer Services (MES) and Border Roads Organization (BRO), Delhi, under the Ministry of Defence.
  8. Amrita Darpan Jain (IRAS: 2001) is the new CVO of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Delhi, under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.
