Shiva Nand (CSS Cadre) was, on Monday,
appointed Officer on Special Duty to Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Minister for
Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Mines and Parliamentary Affairs in the
Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs at Deputy Secretary level in relaxation of ‘cooling
off’ on co-terminus basis with the minister w.e.f November 2018.
