M Dilip Kumar (CSS Cadre) was, on Monday,
appointed Private Secretary to Jaswantsinh Bhabhor, union Minister of State for
Tribal Affairs (on contract basis) for a period ending 28 February 2019 i.e.
till retirement. His appointment is in continuation to his earlier appointment
as PS to the same minister.
