In selection interview held on June 29, 2015, PESB has selected Capt B B Sinha (DIR, SCI) for the post of Chairman and Managing Director, Shipping Corporation Of India Limited (SCI). A K Gupta, serving as CMD since Jan 28, 2014, is scheduled to retire on December 31, 2015. The post was advertised on December 31, 2014.
