The SCOPE organized a two-day Corporate Communication Summit 2017. Addressing the summit, Chief Guest Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Minister of State (I&B) and Minister of State (I/c) Youth Affairs & Sports, appreciated the role of SCOPE and public sector enterprises in strengthening the efforts of Govt. of India. He said Corporate Communication professionals were the face of organizations and it is their responsibility to project a good image of the company. The minister also presented the SCOPE Corporate Communication Excellence Awards to public sector enterprises. He also released a Special Edition of KALEIDOSCOPE on Corporate Communication in the presence of a large number of CEOs, Directors, Corporate Communication Heads of PSUs and media. In his address, Dr. U.D. Choubey, Director General of SCOPE, stressed the need for a communication strategy blueprint for public sector enterprises. He added that CC professionals have a big role in projecting a positive image of their organization. Ms. Stuti Kacker IAS, Chairperson, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, appreciated the role of public sector enterprises in the nation building. D.D. Mishra, Director (HR) ONGC & Chairman, Steering Committee, SCOPE CC Summit, emphasized reorienting the role of CC professionals. P.K. Sinha proposed a vote of thanks.
