New Delhi (29.10.2025): The Appointments Committee of the
Cabinet (ACC) has approved the curtailment of tenure of Shashank Mani Tripathi
(IAS: 2015: AGMUT) as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs and appointed
him Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister for Home Affairs Amit Shah in
the same ministry at the same level. He has been appointed for a period up to
30.08.2028 i.e. for the balance period of his four years central deputation
tenure.
