New Delhi (04.07.2022): Delhi Police special commissioner Robin Hibu (IPS: 1993: AGMUT) has been conferred with Ati Utkrist Seva Padak by the Government for his selfless service towards needy and distressed NE people living across the country through his NGO Helping Hands.

Hibu responded by saying, “We all can make this world a better place to live if we look around our neighborhood, offices, villages and roads where we frequently visit. We would find needy and helpless people gasping for kind words, smiles, a bit of encouragement and little help.”
