REC Limited continues to lead by example by empowering its women employees through their initiatives, support structures, spreading awareness on gender parity and promoting a fruitful work environment which makes it conducive for their employees to grow as professionals. Additionally, Ms. Kalpana Kaul, Executive Director – Corporate Communication and Public Relations has been awarded as the ‘Mentor of the Year in Corporate Communication’ for leading the corporate communication and public relations team of REC on numerous successful campaigns.
