New Delhi (04.10.2024): The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) appointed Aviral Jain as Executive Director (ED) with effect from October 01, 2024. He brings with him a wide work experience, spanning over three decades, in areas of supervision, currency management, foreign exchange regulation and human resource management. Prior to being promoted to ED, he was Regional Director for Maharashtra. In his new responsibilities Executive Director Aviral Jain will look after the Legal Department, the Premises Department and the Right to Information Act (First Appellate Authority).
