The NaMo administration on Saturday gave the additional
charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals to P Raghavendra
Rao (IAS:1985:HY) till the appointment of next incumbent. The post fell vacant after
Jai Priye Prakash (IAS:1982:AM) retired on May 31, 2019. Presently, Rao is
Secretary, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals.
