The public sector headhunter on Thursday selected Vinay Ranjan for the post of Director (Personnel), Eastern Coalfields Limited.
Currently he serves as Vice President- Human Resource, DB Power Ltd.
Subject to requisite clearences Ranjan will replace the incumbent Director (Personnel) K S Patro, who is set to retire in April this year.
As a matter of fact three top posts in ECL are lying vacant namely; CMD, Director (Finance) and Director (Technical).
