Rajesh Kr Sinha replaces A K Bhalla as Jt Secretary, Coal

Moving on to his second term under central deputation Rajesh Kumar Sinha (KL:IAS:1994) will be Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal. Presently he is serving with the Government of Kerela as Principal Secretary, Finance.
During his first tenure at centre (02 Dec 2004 to 31 March 2012) he served as Dy Secretary and Director, Urban Development Ministry. Further he served as Registrar, University of Delhi till March 31, 2012.
In his second term under central deputation Sinha will succeed A K Bhalla (IAS:AM:1984) as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal.
