Weeks after repatriation to Cadre state of Tamil Nadu R Rajagopal (IAS:1987:TN) was on Tuesday appointed as Additional Chief Secretary to Governor vice Ramesh Chand Meena (IAS:1991:TN) who held the additional charge as Principal Secretary to Governor.
After repatriation to his cadre Rajagopal was waiting for posting. A new post was created for him in the rank of Chief Secretary while posting him as ACS to Guv.
It may be Mentioned that during his tenure at Centre Rajagopal served as Adviser, Inter-State Council Secretariat, Ministry of Home Affairs.
Further Ramesh Chand Meena was appointed as CMD, Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (TIDCO) vice Atulya Misra (IAS:1988:TN).
