Chandigarh (04.10.2021): In a major bureaucratic rejig the government of Punjab government reshuffled of 24 IAS officers with immediate effect. These officers included:

1. Anurag Agarwal (IAS: 1990: PB), has been posted Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Taxation.
2. A Venu Prasad (IAS: 1991: PB) has been appointed Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd and in addition Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd.
3. K A P Sinha (IAS: 1992: PB) has been appointed Principal Secretary, Finance and in addition Principal Secretary, Power and Principal Secretary, New and Renewable Energy Source.
4. Krishna Kumar (IAS: 1997: PB) has been appointed Secretary, Higher Education and Languages in Addition to NRI Affairs and Managing Director, Punjab Infrastructure Development Board.
5. Ajoy Sharma (IAS: 1999: PB) has been appointed Secretary School Education in addition Secretary, Sports and Youth Services.
6. Tanu Kashyap (IAS: 2005: PB) has been appointed Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training.
7. Dilraj Singh (IAS: 2005: PB) has been appointed Secretary, Agriculture.
