Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that Puneet Kumar (IAS:1993:KL) may take over as new Additional Resident Commissioner, Govt of Kerala on Monday. He will replace Ms Usha Titus who had recently repatriated to cadre after completing her tenure as Joint Secretary, Dept of Economic Affairs. Puneet kumar too has recently repatriated from centre where he served as Secretary General, Apparel Export Promotion Council under Ministry of Textiles. Ms Titus will shortly join in Thiruvanantpuram as Secretary, GAD & Dept of Public Relations. Reportedly she herself chose to be back to the state where her daughter, an IRS C&CE, is posted.
