- Varun Nayyar (IDAS: 2014) has been appointed as Internal Financial Advisor (IFA) (Deputy Secretary level) in Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a period up to 12.12.2028.
- Tenure of Suvasish Das (IFoS: 2005: AM), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 06.06.2026.
- Sanjay Kumar Agarwal (IAS: 2002: BH), Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has been ex post facto entrusted with additional charge of the Director General (JS level), National Institute of Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad for a period of six months w.e.f. 30.03.2026 to 29.09.2026.
- Bhaskar (IRTS: 2010), Director in the Ministry of Women & Child Development, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds with the provision of "extended cooling off'.
