If some top sources are to be believed, tenure of Bhaskar Chandra Khulbe (IAS:1983:WB) has been extended for a period of four and a half years or co-terminus with Prime Minister’s term. Reportedly, notification may be issued next week.

His extension was supposed to end this month end. He was given extension for a period of six month beginning 01.04.2019. Reportedly, the order to this effected may be notified soon.
