It is reliably learnt that Prime Minister himself will take decision on CAT's directive to the ACC to relieve Sanjiv Chaturvedi (former CVO of Delhi AIIMS) for inter-deputation to Delhi Govt.
The CAT has directed the ACC, headed by PM, to take final decision by before June 26 to enable the officer to join Arvind Kejriwal's Govt else he will have to report to Uttarakhand Govt on 29 June. His tenure under central deputation is ending on June 28.
This was Judiciary's third such order in Chaturvedi's case against the panel, headed by the Prime Minister, which clears deputation of All India Service officers.
