The order issued by the Ministry of Power reads ‘......the President is pleased to appoint Shri Ravinder Singh Dhillon, Director (Projects), PFC to the post of Chairman and Managing Director......”. The incumbent CMD Rajeev Sharma is retiring on May 31, 2020 whereas Dhillon will have a tenure till his retirement i.e. 31.05.2023.
